By using TummyHurty, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are auto-renewable subscriptions sold through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
Health and medical disclaimer
TummyHurty is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not ignore professional medical advice based on app content.
Your account and content
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for content you upload. You grant us permission to process submitted data to provide the service.
Prohibited use
You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt systems, or use TummyHurty in violation of applicable law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or legal compliance reasons. You may stop using the service at any time.
